President's Program

DEDICATION: Through adversity and trying times we find out who we really are and what is important to us. Because my family was there when I needed them most, I dedicate my year to all of them with my greatest appreciation and love.
GOAL: To promote caring, compassion, and harmony among our members so that they can promote these to the community.
COLORS: Ivory, Turquoise, Rust and Brown
EMBLEM: Native American and Southwestern symbols
FLOWER: All colors of carnations and white callalilles
SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 12:25
Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop;
but a good word maketh it glad.
BIBLE CHARACTER: Ruth - whose devotion and caring toward her elderly mother-in-law inspired her to giveup living in her native land to see to it that Naomi was cared for. Her unselfish act has echoed through the ages.

WATCHWORDS: Smile - it softens the hardest of hearts.
Praise - it raises the lowest of spirits.
Love - it heals all wounds and brings joy to everyone.

SLOGAN: Kindness will get you farther in life than vinegar. Give love, kindness, and help and these in turn will be given to you.
PROJECT: Public Relations for our Order through road signs and advertising.
