2003-2004
Grand Master's Program
|
| DEDICATION: |
I am dedicating my year as Grand Master to my wife's memory; she always supported me in my every endeavor through 42 years of marriage. To my children who have always been there for me - especially when I needed them through all my medical problems. To my brother and sister-in-law for their help and support as I have moved through the chairs, and finally to all the Brothers and Sisters of the Order for their care and concern during my travails over the last two years. |
| MOTTO: |
Live each day the best you can because no one is guarenteed tomorrow. |
| FLOWER: |
Carnation |
| EMBLEM: |
The Wolf
I chose the wolf because my first name, Ralph, according to the Old English definition is "Wolf Counselor". Also because they are actually a very strong family oriented animal and are very resilient, surviving the pressures that nearly made them extinct.

| COLORS: |
Red and Black |
| SONGS: |
"Harbor Lights", "Blue Moon" and "Beyond The Sunset" |
| PATRIOTIC SONG: |
"Battle Hymn of the Republic" and the "Star Spangled Banner" |
| PROJECT: |
Any funds that are raised this year will be divided equally by the Odd Fellow and Rebekah Home to help move forward the remodeling of the bathrooms, and the Legacy Center to help purchse a backup computer or repairs on the current computer. |
| GOALS: |
I will be working toward advancing the precepts of our Order: FRIENDSHIP, LOVE AND TRUTH. We all need to work together to accomplish there goals.
I am also excited by the prospect for advancing our Order in some projected projects such as licensing a portion of the Odd Fellow and Rebekah Home for Assisted Living and expanding the Legacy Center by building another building.
